Our Mission
To support the Mt. Lebanon Public Library
and serve the community through the
year-round operation of the Book Cellar
bookshop located on the Library lower
level. All profits from the Book Cellar
benefit the Mt. Lebanon Library and help
enrich the library experience for the patrons
and staff.
Our Service
The Book Cellar is Mt. Lebanon's only
bookstore, stocking thousands of top-notch
books, CDs and DVDs for adults and
children at unbeatable prices. Book Cellar
volunteers also maintain online book shops
on Amazon and Ebay.
To Donate
The Book Cellar always welcomes
high-quality items suitable for re-sale.
Donations are accepted anytime the Library
is open at the end of the Lower Level
(street side) hallway. Tax receipts are
available.
To Volunteer
If you like people and books, please
consider joining our team of Book Cellar
volunteers. The Book Cellar is staffed and
managed by volunteers only. Schedules are
flexible and we only ask for a minimum of 2
hours per month. We will arrange a
training session to fit your schedule. If you
